Delete Your Account

What gets deleted

• Your user profile (name, email, goals, stats)
• All logged meals, scores, and nutrition data
• Your personalized protocol and macro targets
• Journey progress, levels, and shields
• Daily reports and weekly debriefs
• Saved meals, pantry items, and shopping lists
• Device registration and push notification tokens
• Your authentication account

Photos are stored on your device only and are not affected. Local app data must be cleared separately via the app or by uninstalling.

In-app deletion

You can also manage or delete your data from within the app. Go to Settings → My Data → Manage Your Data to delete server data, local data, or everything at once.
